Inviting someone else from your team to Lily by adding a new user can be done by everyone, you just have to know where to find it. In this article we’ll show you how easy it is.

  1. Go to the Users page by clicking on your profile picture in the top right and navigating to Users in the sub-menu that just opened up. 

2. Click on the [+User]-button in the top-right of the Users section.

3. Enter the First name and Email address of the person you want to invite.

4. Want to add another person? Click on the [+]-button and repeat step 3. If not, go on to step 5.

5. All done? Hit [Send invite(s)] and an invitation email will be sent saying you’ve invited them to join you in Lily.

That was easy, right? As you start to use Lily together as a team, you get closer and closer to Lily’s full potential. When you work as a team, you’re now able to share email within your company, help with each other’s workload, and assign cases and deals back and forth. Now don’t be shy and invite your colleagues; the more the merrier!
