To get you started, we've set a lot of default values such as account type, case status and many others in your Lily environment.

At the moment these can only be manually edited by us. Whether you want to add, edit or delete any of the default values - just ask us and we'll do it.

In the meanwhile, we're working on a console so you can add, edit and delete them yourself without the need to ask us. But until that day, we're happy to help and will make sure Lily suits to your needs. :)
