• When you navigate between pages, the search field is automatically focused. Because it saves you from hovering your mouse over to the search field, you get to your destination even faster.
  • When using Lily’s automagic for finding relevant data, Lily no longer loads in extra empty fields. We trust in Lily’s automagic and usually you don’t have anything extra to add. For example when Lily finds an address, you no longer see extra empty address fields below it. This saves space and makes filling in forms more fun.
  • Easily delete Cases and Deals from lists by using the trashcan-icon under the ‘Options’ column.
  • We added an ‘Unassigned’ option to the person selector. Use it to find Cases or Deals that haven’t been assigned to a team or person yet. This way you can make sure you don’t leave a customer behind!
  • Because of all the new additions to the person selector mentioned before, we removed all filters for Cases and several options from Deals filters. Every Case and Deal can now be found by using the person selector. Find all Cases assigned to a specific team for today, find expired Deals that have been assigned to a team but not to a person yet, or even combine it all!  We know how hectic the lists can get with many Cases and Deals going on. This improvement makes it easier to create order from your daily chaos.
  • The users page now has a proper title like all the other pages. Once you use Lily for a while, you’ll find out that if you ever need to add something new, you can find it in the top-right. Therefore, we’ve moved the buttons to add a new User or Team to the top-right of the Users page as well.
  • The same goes for the Email accounts page: we’ve changed the styling of the [+Email account]-button to the top-right with the same recognizable styling as the other buttons.
  • Before, when you clicked on an email address and sent an email, you were directed to your email inbox. We’ve changed this to get you back where you left off: the page where you clicked on the email address.
  • A bug was fixed where Lily would set the ‘Public’ setting for email template variables to ‘No’ automatically.
  • As we’re on the subject of email templates variables: if you change the ‘Public’ setting to ‘Yes’, template variables will end up under the ‘Public’ list like many of you expected it would. Once set to ‘Public’, all your colleagues can view, use and edit the template variable.
  • When someone calls but you miss the call notification, you can click on the [Caller info]-button on top. If it was a call from an unknown phone number, Lily will open the [+Contact] form correctly. From now on, Lily will also fill in the phone number automatically.
  • When an incoming call comes from a known phone number that’s linked to a contact, Lily used to open the account the contact worked at. Lily will now open the contact instead.
  • Changes that were made to the assigned person or team that is shown in activity streams have been improved. Now it’s more clear who made what changes to the ‘assigned to’ fields.
